Small leaks in any plumbing fixture can make a big difference in your water bill!!
- Periodically check for leaks in toilets, faucets and irrigation sprinkle systems. Look under bathroom sinks and ……. For any possible leak to prevent damage to floors or cabinets to prevent damage and mold build up.
Every so often check your hot water heater to avoid floods or possible damage to property. If your water heater is in the basement recommend to install a sump pump. Or if it is inside your house we recommend you to relocate heater outside (you may save money on your home owners insurance).
Always know the location of your main water and gas shut off valves in case of emergencies.
